All jewellery is handmade and may vary slightly from product images; this is part of its unique charm.

Custom and commissioned pieces are made to your specifications and are non-refundable unless faulty.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at my discretion (e.g. due to stock issues or inappropriate custom requests).
Pricing & Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description.

Returns are accepted for faulty items only. Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Custom Orders

Custom designs require clear communication and approval before production.

Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

I may share images of custom work on social media or my website (without personal details), unless you request otherwise.

I do my best to accurately represent each piece through photos and descriptions.
