All jewellery is handmade to order or carefully prepared for dispatch. Please allow:

3 to 5 business days for ready-to-ship items
1 month plus for custom or commissioned pieces (depending on complexity)

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 48 (2–3 business days)
Express Delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (1 business day)
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery method

All UK orders over £150 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

I ship worldwide from London, UK. Options include:

Standard International: Royal Mail International Tracked (7–14 business days)
Express International: Courier services such as DHL or FedEx (3–7 business days)
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method

Packaging

Each piece is carefully packaged in a protective jewellery box, ready for gifting or safekeeping. All parcels are securely wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
