My Story
Jo Boateng is a British Ghanaian jewellery artist whose work is influenced by her dual cultural background. She skillfully combines traditional crafts and techniques with elements of her African heritage and everyday experiences to create contemporary jewellery. Each piece is meticulously crafted to reflect a blend of art and heritage, making it a symbol of creativity and elegance.
Jo has honed her skills under the guidance of industry elites and has exhibited by invitation at renowned jewellery showcases.
Her achievements include a Goldsmiths’ Craft and Design Council Award, De Beers Group Starter Scholarship, Chroic Award, and a Radcliffe Trust Bursary.
