Returns & Refunds
I want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t right, here’s how I handle returns and refunds:
Eligible for Refund
You may request a refund if:

The item arrives damaged or faulty

You contact me within 14 days of receiving your order

The item is returned in its original, unworn condition within 30 days
Please email me with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
Not Eligible for Refund
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for:

Custom or commissioned pieces (unless faulty)

Earrings, for hygiene reasons

Items returned after the 30-day window

Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
Exchanges
I do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot refund items lost in transit

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
