Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

 

I want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t right, here’s how I handle returns and refunds:


 

Eligible for Refund

 

You may request a refund if:

 

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty

  • You contact me within 14 days of receiving your order  

  • The item is returned in its original, unworn condition within 30 days

 

Please email me with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.


 

Not Eligible for Refund

 

Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for:

 

  • Custom or commissioned pieces (unless faulty)  

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons  

  • Items returned after the 30-day window  

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear


 

Exchanges

 

I do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


 

Return Shipping

 

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty  

  • I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot refund items lost in transit  

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
